Terms and Conditions

1. Copyright Warranty and Indemnification:

I affirm that all media provided to Memories Renewed for digital conversion is either (a) my original content, (b) public domain content, or (c) content for which I have secured appropriate permissions to duplicate and utilize. I agree to indemnify and hold Memories Renewed harmless against any claims, liabilities, or legal actions resulting from alleged copyright infringement related to the media submitted for digitization.

2. Ownership of Media:

I retain all ownership rights of the media submitted for digital conversion. Memories Renewed acknowledges that it does not obtain any rights, titles, or interests in or to the media, and shall only use the media as necessary to perform the digitization services.

3. Limitation of Liability for Material Loss or Damage:

While Memories Renewed will handle all media with utmost care, I agree not to hold the company liable for loss or damage during transit via mail or courier. Memories Renewed will not be held responsible for loss or damage arising from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to fire, flood, or other natural disasters.

4. Payment and Financial Terms:

For projects estimated to exceed $1,000, I agree to remit a 50% deposit prior to commencement of the digital transfer work. I agree to remit payment for all services rendered, and will arrange for pickup or cover the costs of return shipping for both original and digital media within 30 days of project completion.

5. Quality Assurance and Satisfaction:

If, within 30 days of payment, I am dissatisfied with the services provided, I may request modifications to the work completed or a full or partial refund.

6. Return of Materials:

I commit to retrieve or facilitate the return delivery of all original and digitized media within 30 days following the completion of the digitization process.
