Please complete this order form to get started. You will receive an order confirmation email with further instruction to print and include in your package and ship using the courier of your choice of USPS, UPS, or FedEx. We will confirm promptly by email when your package arrives!

Local Minnesota Service

Please complete this order form and you will receive instructions to schedule an appointment to drop off your project at our studio from 8-4 Mon-Fri.

Smaller Volume Projects: 1-2 Weeks
Medium Volume Projects: 2-4 Weeks
Larger Volume Projects: 4-6+ Weeks

I hereby warrant that the material being presented to Memories Renewed for transfer to digital is not, to my knowledge, protected by copyright owned by another, or if the material is protected, I have obtained the permission to make copies of the material and furthermore hold Memories Renewed free from any lawsuits or criminal violations. I will not hold Memories Renewed liable for any loss or damage of items while transported by mail or courier companies or for direct or incidental circumstances resulting in damage or loss of materials, including fire, flood, or other natural disaster. I will pay for all services rendered within 30 days of completion. I will pick up or pay for delivery cost of return shipping of all original media. If not fully satisfied, I may request rework or a refund within 30 days from the date paid.
