Scanning
Resolution |
| |
Scanning Resolution refers to the size and detail of the
digital image produced
DPI refers to the scanning density of pixel data in the
resulting digital image
High Resolution images offer the most flexibility for
cropping, enlarging, and printing.
A high resolution image can easily be downsized but
enlarging a lower resolution image
will result in quality loss
since there is less pixel data that makes up the digital
image. |

Multi-Media
Resolution Files
In
addition to the full size resolution files (best for archival
& printing) you also receive a set of your images downsized
to a resolution best suited for multi-media uses such as email,
slideshows, screensavers, and general computer uses. This helps
to make your new digital images even more user friendly. |
