DVD Montage Project Details
Please number or group your photos in the order you want them to play on the DVD. Number the back of each photo lightly with a pencil. For digital images, number each image file with the sequence (001.jpg 002.jpg etc.)
If you have sections of photos you want played with a specific song, please separate the sections with the song name to use and put the sections in the order you want them produced in the DVD video.

Copyright Material - The undersigned agrees that the items submitted for this project are personal property and not protected by copyrights owned by another person or entity. The DVD montage product is intended for personal use only, not for commercial reproduction or resale.
Ownership Rights - The undersigned retains all ownership rights of original physical media as well as the reproduced digital images. Memories Renewed has the right to keep a back up copy of image / video data produced, but has no ownership rights to any client images or video without expressed written consent from client.
Limits of Liability - The undersigned agrees not to hold Memories Renewed liable for any loss or damage of items while transported by mail, courier or transport companies. The undersigned also will not hold Memories Renewed liable for unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances resulting in damage or loss of materials, including fire, flood, or natural disaster.
Payment for Services - Prepayment or deposits are not required. Once your project is completed you will receive a detailed invoice for services rendered. Payment can be made by credit card or bank draft through PayPal, personal check, or cash.
