My parent’s anniversary party was Saturday and I wanted to let you know they absolutely LOVED the montage! Everyone at the party thought it was just wonderful. Also, the guy from the projector company who came and showed it told me it was one of the best he’d ever seen too.

How should I prepare my photos and music ideas?

It works great to break it down into sections of about 25 photos per average song. Arrange the photos in the sequential order you would like them played on the DVD if you can.

Can you use digital camera pictures? slides? negatives?

All of the above. Anything that can be scanned can be used in your project and you may also email digital pictures to use, or provide images on a CD.

Do I need to give you music on CD to use?

You can, but you don’t have to. If you don’t have a copy of a song, we can purchase a download of music (if available) to include in your project.

Can you include video clips in my project?

Yes, either from digital media (mpeg, wmv, avi) or videotape formats (VHS and camcorder tapes). Choosing short clips less than 30 seconds each is recommended.

Will I be able to preview my video before you put in on DVD?

Yes, once your video is created you will have the option to download a preview version to suggest any changes until you are totally happy with the results.

How long will it take to complete my project?

It is best to allow at least 1-2 weeks from start to finish for most projects to allow for time to review and make any changes before the final DVD.
